I smoked weed when I was 13 and managed not to get hooked on meth within three years. Maybe it's because I didn't grow up on the West Coast?

I was also shocked when I realised I was in my 30s. But I never went to jail. And I don't date drug addicts, just sleep with them once in a while. Generally accidentally. Swear.

I guess it just takes all kinds. Nice to see the Grey Lady getting a little darker.

I do love this, but do us all a favor and try to get it done in less than 2 years. And by done, I mean in the can and on the shelves.

However, judging by the frequency of "teasers" released, I'm in for a long haul. By then the next David Rowe masterpiece will have been released and someone who is a real film maker will have shown you all how it's done.

Nothing better than ripping off a bunch of biters that brought little more than HD and tripod shots to the table. Oh right, and that home brew dolly. Although I suppose it WAS pretty awesome for a senior project by a stoner taking too long to finish up at a second-rate film school.

At least get a decent fluid head. They aren't cheap, but will help you out tremendously as will learning how to pan and zoom a shot. And tell that dude to pass that car braking in the distance.

I always figured Koresh was a good model. He had played music, had a bunch of wives, and had a bunch of guns.

But this guy is pretty awesome.
